1: How to use the product?

2: Can I return the product?
If you received products that were damaged, defective on arrival, or if we shipped the incorrect item we will gladly replace the product and pay for the return shipping cost as well as shipping the new item back to you! Please take photos and a video showing the fault in the item. Send a return email to sales@crazyfun.store and attach your photo and video.
We will reply to you in 24 hours about the address of return shipping.

ABOUT THE ORDER
1: Can I change or add items to my order when I already check out?
You cannot make changes to your order when you have checked out, however, if you do wish to change or cancel your order please contact the customer service team at sales@crazyfun.store within 24 hours and they will attempt to stop the order before it has been dispatched.

2: Do I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you do get sent a tracking number, along with your delivery confirmation, once you have received your delivery confirmation you can then track your order.
3: What do I do if I have not received my delivery confirmation?
If you have not received your delivery confirmation within 48 hours please of placing your order contact our Customer Service Team at sales@crazyfun.store who will assist you in tracking your order. At peak times, there may be a delay in processing orders on the day received, but please don’t hesitate to send us an email & we will let you know how your order is progressing.

After receiving your payment, we will send the tracking number will then be sent to you by mail, and you can check where your package is at any time through the tracking number.
2: Why did not receive the package?
